The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I had 2 coderpad interviews over the phone, and an onsite which had around 5-6 rounds.
My coderpad experience was great - the interviewers were smart and collaborative and it was fun to talk the problems through with them to implement a solution. The problems mostly ranged from Leetcode easy to medium, with 2 questions per round.
I wouldn't say that the onsite interview was the complete opposite of my coderpad experience, but it was not as good as I hoped. The interviewers were not prepared and there was no structure to the process. Most of the interviews I had were over the phone or via video conference with engineers in other offices which was weird and uncomfortable. I was expected to verbally describe algorithms, or write them on a piece of paper. In the one round, the person I was interviewing with seemed completely uninterested and asked me random question about my resume which made me feel like he only found out about the interview 5 minutes ago.
First round was hackerrank assessment having 2 coding questions. Then after clearing that, the first round of interview had Leetcode Hard question, similar to get the maximum score. I was not able to do it. Interviewer was very nice though

I failed at first round since I cannot solve that lc problem, interviewer is from the office out of Japan,

4. Median of Two Sorted Arrays
They said it's a 1:15-minute interview, but I finished in 40 mins. Starting with my previous work experience and projects, they asked 3 cultural questions and 3 coding questions, and I asked them 2 questions about the role, and I finished it.
