Not too bad a bit tech about the trading knowledge and a bit behavioural manager was very kind and gave a lot a time for Q&A. The next round was really hard and need to do a lot of preparation
7+ rounds - with 2 different people in each round, motivational / competency questions + some market related and technical questions. varies by role but you need to really understand "Why GS"

A few rounds of short list and then interviews based on resume skills and past experience with problem solving ability to test candidates which seem good and the process tests candidates to the fullest
