For Tech Analyst roles, there were 5 rounds. 1st was an online assessment in Hackerrank comprising 3 DSA questions. 2nd CoderPad round comprising 2 DSA questions. Then 2 technical and 1 managerial F2F interviews conducted on the same day.

7+ rounds - with 2 different people in each round, motivational / competency questions + some market related and technical questions. varies by role but you need to really understand "Why GS"

A few rounds of short list and then interviews based on resume skills and past experience with problem solving ability to test candidates which seem good and the process tests candidates to the fullest
