Okay interview. Super day, 3 interviews. Basic data structures and algorithms questions. Easy level. String sorting and queue/stacks mostly. With some culture fit rounds. All over zoom. They were accommodating. R1 was just screening with a recruiter.

Theoretical data structure questions. Algorithms for string sorts. Theoretical how to make a truly random playlist
7+ rounds - with 2 different people in each round, motivational / competency questions + some market related and technical questions. varies by role but you need to really understand "Why GS"

A few rounds of short list and then interviews based on resume skills and past experience with problem solving ability to test candidates which seem good and the process tests candidates to the fullest
