Depends on the interviewer, but overall pleasant experience with the recruiter and the person interviewing me. I would say air on the caution of being conservative in your answer, people tend to be very critical at first.

A few rounds of short list and then interviews based on resume skills and past experience with problem solving ability to test candidates which seem good and the process tests candidates to the fullest
