1 phone interview followed by the approximately four hours of individual and panel interviews. Also, I was flown into New York for same day interviews. They could have flown my out the night before and put me up in a hotel. Some interviews were easy others were hard. Some just wanted you to ask questions. One person questioned my resume (examiner to senior examiner) as not showing growth. However, his career had the same trajectory.
