Be cautious before applying. This company advertises quick promotions and career growth but operates entirely on a commission-only pay structure. During the interview, the recruiter emphasized the importance of taking notes on the company, almost as if it were a test (which they will ask you about in a questionnaire later on). The overall tone of the interviewer was very assertive and intense, making the experience feel more like a high-pressure evaluation than a genuine discussion about the role.
It’s worth noting that other ‘devil corp’ companies have very similar recruitment processes and interview questions. Be cautious, as these red flags are often signs of a larger pattern. Do your research and proceed carefully.

I recently had an interview with Golden Toronto and, unfortunately, I do not recommend the company based on my experience. The interview process was unprofessional and disorganized, with an unstructured group format that lacked clarity. The interviewer’s communication was unclear, and the frequent laughing created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the company’s lack of an online presence as an agency raised significant transparency concerns for me. Overall, the experience left me questioning the professionalism of the company.
