They were very interested in my creative process. It was a few rounds with a few different people, and none of the questions were challenging. It was a pretty relaxed interview.
it wasn’t bad at all. i met some very nice people and it wasn’t anything too crazy. everyone I met was nice and you could tell they are passionate about their careers

The "CEO" was late to this "interview" and then ended up answering from his car on facetime while driving. It was extremely uncomfortable and wildly unprofessional. The interview as a whole was very unstructured. Once he made it to his destination, he hung up until he made it inside the building.
The "CEO" proceeded to ask inappropriate questions about my current position about how the company makes money, their business model, etc. He also asked me about my current team, inappropriately of course, asking if I think I'm "better than" my coworkers. This "interview" was scheduled for 30 minutes but ran over an hour. Huge waste of time.
