1 45-minute VC interview with a recruiter and a software engineer who couldn't be bothered to look into the camera. After our call, during which I was asked questions like "Why do you like Typescript?" I received an email from the recruiter indicating I was not technically savvy enough for the role, and that I didn't demonstrate an ability to be autonomous. It was frustrating to hear, considering the vague and disinterested nature of their interview, and I am clueless as to how a company thinks they could evaluate these things based on the questions they asked. If their interview process is indicative of their internal working structure, I would highly urge you to look elsewhere.
