My interview process was a bit unusual, as I was recruited from out of the area. I had a handful of phone interviews with management and with the project manager.

Very straightforward tech session followed by a culture fit and shift preference conversation. Linux,. Windows, and hypervisor knowledge we're of importance along with web hosting platform knowledge being a plus.
