First phone call with recruiters, then meeting with manager for second interview., third meeting with HR.
Online test contains logic test and personal question.
The final step is discussion about the salary and offer.

Tough but with research and good personality it went well. Be authentic and confident. Prepare something to present for portfolio...either a sketch book or professional portfolio. They will ask for a copy of you resume.
