It has been nice and I felt very welcomed, comfortable. Both ladies made me feel that what I think and how I feel is important and will always be taken into acount.

Tell us abut a difficult experience as a Customer Service agent.
I ha an online interview in three languages: hungarian, english and italian. I had the possibility to ask questions at the end of the interview. I had to speak to a native italian colleague so they could test my language skills.

It was fast and straight forward interview. They will ask about your working experience your area of expertise. The team is very friendly. The result is fast. After the interview ended the call me back on the same day and offer me the job.
