Other Customer Service interview reviews for GetYourGuide
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GetYourGuide in Jan 2019
Interview
There were two interviews, one per telefon and the other one on site. The onsite interview was with two managers, with one of them via Videoconference. They explained how the department works and showed me the whole office. I found it a very professional interview. I didn't get the job but they gave me constructive feedback.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GetYourGuide (Berlin) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online for a English + French Customer Care position. Was contacted shortly afterwards with an invitation to a one-way online interview plus a short language test which consisted on writing 2 answer messages to possible customers, one in each language.
The one-way online interview was directed through Spark Hire. It consisted on 7 questions, having 3min to think your answer for each of them and with a time limitation of between 1'5 and 2 min per answer. Most of the questions must be answered in English, then they require you to answer at least one in the second language you are applying for, and maybe one in a third language in case you can.
