Firstly I get phone call from HR to arrange job interview. When I come to interview I was waiting roughly 15 minutes to meet IT manager. I have had introduction about company and then I have to speak about my exerience and some basic private informations. Then I get the paper with 30 questions and 30 minutes to write it.
