HR/Recruiter Screening (Phone/Video Call – 15 to 30 mins)
High-level discussion about your background, work eligibility, and interest in the role.
They may ask about salary expectations and availability.
Technical or Functional Interview
Conducted by a team lead, manager, or peer from the department.
Focus on your skills, past experiences, and how they relate to the job.
May include scenario-based or STAR method questions.
Assessment or Test (if applicable)
For some roles (like engineering, programming, or data), you may have to complete a technical test or assignment.
Panel Interview or Second Round
Multiple team members may interview you together.
Questions may go deeper into behavioral, technical, or situational responses.
Final Interview (with senior leadership or hiring manager)
Focus on alignment with company culture, long-term goals, and final evaluation.
May include questions about your problem-solving style, leadership, and motivation.
Reference Check
The company may contact previous employers or references you’ve provided.
Offer & Negotiation
If selected, you’ll receive a verbal or written offer.
You can negotiate terms like salary, benefits, and start date.
Onboarding
Once accepted, you’ll go through onboarding and training before starting the role.

Interview
Good Interview process.
Round 1) Telephonic basic conversation with HR.
Round 2) Technical interview: (Difficult)
Questions based on hyperledger fabric advance concepts. The interview lasts for 40,45 minutes.
Round 3) Technical interview: (Intermediate)
Questions based on hyperledger fabric architecture and current project blockchain architecture, also draw an architecture diagram on draw.io. The interview lasts for an hour.
Round 4) HR interview with Co-Founder:
Generic questions. The interview lasts for 15 minutes.
