It was really smooth. I only had one full-hour-length interview and it was with a manager at the firm. The conversation flew really well, and I instinctively knew that it would be a great firm to work at.

Interests, walk me through your problem solving process
There is only round only and it was easy related to the financial statements and cash flow statements after that there is onboarding process and documentation and background verification whichbis quickly happens
It was a well aligned panel, straight forward with a technical round followed by HR. The process was easy to follow with minimum delays. The panel knew what they require and were asking appropriate questions.

How would I increase the availability and performace of any specific process.
Not happen at all, bad experience, hr behaviour should be policte and supportive please improve. Please provide all information before the interview. Genpact is a good company. Please hire employees with good salary
