First round - JAM and Self introduction. They interviewed 5 members at a time we all are a seated Infront of the HR came from Genpact . First HR wrote our names, email id's, phone numbers in a paper.

In JAM they had given a topic of robotics and asked about my past experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genpact (Alabang) in May 2024

It was smooth they just asked a common question to me and they asked me regards on the schedule since I will be handle a financial account. I f im good in any shifting schedule and the rest day is not fix weekend

the hiring process was very very unacceptable. i was told i would be starting on one day then got a few emails saying ill be starting on other days, its very unprofessional.
Firstly, HR will have a company introcution, then we do paper test, after we will have internal interview, then waiting for HR result to see if can go offer session
