People hired in this organization, should ideally possess proficiency over the English language and great communication skills, however, the standard in Genpact seems to be very poor, which is why I saw people who can't frame a sentence, yet work in various processes making the life difficult for the customer and responsible in-charge of the floor i.e. Knowledge Expert.

They do not ask any complicated question so far apart from the one scenario which is if they are flexible enough to work in night shifts...
It's easy to crack. If you have skills and knowledge you will get through. Whichever role you are applying try to grab thorough knowledge about the domain and your job role.
