Interview
I went through direct walkin`s, I have no idea about what type of vacancies are available, So after an hour of waiting they took a batch of candidates ( approx 15) to a room, It was screening round taken by HR, and next voice and ascent, followed by typing and aptitude test, and then the final round was manager round, all round were of general questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Genpact (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2026
Interview
The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
It was easy related to generice accouting queations and AP knowledge. Are you ok for night shift etc. Apart from it whether you can shift in noida. there will be night shift and you should be flexible for shifts.
