Interview
First of all they take a basic HR round and Then after clearing it take voice & accent round and then some written examination followed by a con call with a seniour vice president of the specific process or HR Manager.

Question 1
No questions were all the easiest ones its just that you need to think before what you say.
There is only round only and it was easy related to the financial statements and cash flow statements after that there is onboarding process and documentation and background verification whichbis quickly happens
It was a well aligned panel, straight forward with a technical round followed by HR. The process was easy to follow with minimum delays. The panel knew what they require and were asking appropriate questions.

How would I increase the availability and performace of any specific process.
Not happen at all, bad experience, hr behaviour should be policte and supportive please improve. Please provide all information before the interview. Genpact is a good company. Please hire employees with good salary
