The interview process was thorough from the initial recruiter conversations through to the discussion with all Sales Leadership. There was multiple calls with various sales leaders, in person meetings, and zoom face to face meetings and offer presentation. Throughout the process I was made to feel open to ask my questions as well as answer questions about my history and past accomplishments. With every conversation the consistent theme in the discussion was about people that wanted to help other people be successful and deliver success to the customers. It was refreshing to hear about putting the customer first. Calls and meetings moved day to day rather than week over week. I loved the speed at which we moved from conversation to conversation. Prior to each conversation I had an opportunity to research the background of the person I was speaking with and formulate my questions and how to shape my portion of the conversation. If I had not prepared myself the interview process would have been difficult however, being prepared it felt like a 2 way interview where each of us walked away with an accomplishment.
