Intro interview was pretty straight forward. Standard questions, positive vibes and attitude. It was relaxed and not too formal. The whole interview was 30 minutes more or less. I would say that the HR was not very familiar with the field and with the industry she was hiring for, seemed like she almost didn't understand the answers. I understand that HRs lead the intro interviews but at the end of the day, Im guessing she didn't understand me correctly, and the rejecting email and explanation was totally off. She took my previous experiences and made it seem like I am looking a job outside of the industry and the position that I was applying for.
