It was really easy. They basically give the job to anyone. All you have to do is go and know how to talk. Also you can basically wear anything and still get hire. I went business formal and everyone else was casual.

apply online, phone screen, on site interview. was not difficult, HR rep was pleasant. Had an initial meeting with several members of the group. came back for second interview with manager of the group.
