Thirty minute sit down with manager and fellow art coordinators to get to know personality and ask basic questions. In person in their office. Group of employees was young and informal.

Applied online. Scheduled a phone interview slot online & talked with someone on phone for about fifteen to thirty minutes. Asked basic questions and was very nice. Also helped me understand how the process works within the position.
