I have a video interview. I did a presentation about my research project and answer a few questions related to my research. In general, the questions depend on skill sets/ research interests.
There were technical assessments and behavioral questions in one interview with two people. After that, they would do a final evaluation. Finally, an offer or rejection decision within one week after the interview.
Conducted a phone interview then an online one and in person one. In my opinion they want to see how you vibe with the team. If you can contribute and work well with the team then I think it is good sign.
