Interview
The interviewers were very personable and nice. It was like having a conversation. They wanted to know if your personality would be a right fit for the company. The interview consisted of three one on one interviews.
A bit disorganized. They mention I am a strong candidate then dissapears for months. When I follow up sating I need to make a choice because I have another opening I get a rejection letter

Initial application consisting of cv submission and choices of postdoc mentors followed by one-way video interview, followed by decision to proceed with one day interviews, took a total of 10 months. Long time to hear any response back.
The interview process consisted of a first interview with both the hiring managers, a technical round to check skills, and finally an on-site interview with individual interviews with members of the team.
