It was an online interview with a set of pre-recorded questions. There were 5 questions and they were all easy. There was 2 minutes allotted to answer each question with 50 seconds allotted to prepare an answer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Genentech (South San Francisco, CA) in May 2025

The interview process consisted of two parts: One one-way interview and 5 1:1 interviews. During these interviews, they asked situational, personal interest, and behavioural questions. It was a very friendly and welcoming environment as well.
