I had three panel interviews for the company. One on a job fair day and back to back interviews two days later. Each interview involved at least twp staff persons. One interview included a third person.

Interview
Streamlined from a set of predetermined questions. I think it's to be fair to all applicants, they ask the same questions. Minimal conversation or follow up questions. A lot of writing down answers and no eye contact.
The interview is an all day event, which involves meeting six to eight people. The questions are not difficult, pretty standard questions. The staff seems to be very happy to be working there and show excitement about the work they do.
