Fill out an application online, attend 1st round interview with program Supervisors, if selected for 2nd round interview that is with the Program Manager. After the interview it was explained to me that performance gets you the interview and the interview gets you the job- even though I worked on the team for over a year, none of my performance over the last year was taken into consideration, only how I was able to explain it in my interview.
