Phone interview with Recruiter first and arranged phone interview with team but they skipped and just went to personal interview. Project manager and team lead are very nice and gentle men. Asked me what I did in my previous projects and asked me to show some websites I did and explained. But I do not have enough experience for jquery and ajax, javascript what they needs. So, I understood my skill sets did not match with their requirements.
