Interview
I applied for the role pf Python Developer but was considered for the profile for QA Automation Engineer. I was given a test which I had to complete in 3 days. After submission of the test(assignment), HR shared the profile for which I was being considered for and then I got to know that I have been considered for Automation Engineer.
When I clarified that I have experience in Application Development and not in autiomation, HR said they will consider me for Python Developer profile only. She arrange first round of interview in which the interviewer asked questions related to Python, Django and programming.
In the second round of interview, despite having clarified that I am a python developer, my second round revolved around the assignment or test which I had submitted which was actually given for the role of Automation Engineer. The interviewer had a very bad attitude. He didn't seem to acknowledge anything. They guy didn't have courtesy to ask if I had any questions when his questions were over.
Later on, I got an email from the HR that my profile doesn't fit for the position they are looking for even though I answered all the questions related to Python correctly. Isn't it obvious that I won't fit in the role if the questions asked are related to test cases and generating reports ran in the testcases.

the process was smooth, they reachout to me via naukri and got a call from hr where she asked me about my skills and work experience and told me that i'll be having two technical rounds.
I appeared for the 1st round which was excellent, i gave every answer to his questions perfectly with proper explanation and example, also he asked me to implement 1st python decorator example on online compiler which i did and 2nd he asked second highest salary of sql query.
both the question executed perfectly in one go only.
but later they mailed me that my skills and experience are commendable but they are not moving forward with the application.
i tried reaching out to them via mail and hr via call for the specific feedback but they ignored me everytime i tried.

Interview
I have Given the interview at Gemini for Senior Python developer position, interview process as follows
First Technical round: questions about basic python and sql queries ex: difference between primary key and unique key
Second Technical round: In this round interviewer asked moderate level questions on python ex: context manager and sql questions ex: Group By
Managers round: In this round they asked about your current working project and your preferred location
After clearing this 3 rounds I didn't get any response from the HR, they didn't even give the feedback.
I think they are ghosted me.
I think this organisation is not good for experienced developers
My kindly suggestions to experienced people is don't attend for interview because it will waste your time
