I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Houston, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
Applied online, and followed up the next day in-store. Got a call three days later, scheduling an interview for the day after. There was a second interview the day after that, with the general manager. The next step in the hiring process was a mandatory drug screen to be taken within 24 hours of the second interview. Once the results of the drug screen and background check came through a few days later, I was offered the job.

Question 1
If a client brings in her computer because she accidentally deleted her pictures, what's the first thing that you would do while she is present?
Overall a pleasant experience. Questions were not difficult to answer. Mostly how one would handle different situations and your past experience. The interview did not take a long time and wait time for a response was reasonable.

Question 1
Name a time where you had a customer with an attitude and how did you resolve it?
Very laid back, what do I do for fun, have you worked with customers before, what was my availability like? Have you worked with windows computers before. The manager was nice, has been there for a while.

Interview
Interview was fairly easy. Most of it was behavioral questions. Usually a 2-interview process. They may ask you limited technology questions but nothing more than consumer-level knowledge as a consultant.
