I was sent to an online assessment with some numerical, business judgement and procurement related questions. After passing the assessment, the first round of interview is with CEO/Founder, I asked a questions about why this position has been re-opened, the answer gave a little clue that they have been through a few candidiates and nobody fulfilled their expectations, as a small start-up, the high rotation of candidates hurts.
