Although this was an organized process there were a couple of red flags. The first being the name of the job changing mid-process from Director, Global Product Management Communications to Director, Internal Executive Comms. The internal recruiter took six days to get back to me after initiating contact to set up a screening call, and then another two days to confirm the interview with the hiring managers. On that call the energy was pretty low, and one person was 10 minutes late and didn't engage much. For a company that prides itself on providing meaningful feedback and a talent acquisition person who becomes your "partner" during the process (it's noted on their career website several times), I didn't receive much in the way of feedback or advocacy at all. This was a pretty unremarkable experience.
