I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
The recruiter touches base with you multiple times to prepare you for the interview. The real interview was over Microsoft teams. They ask you basic questions and then makes you do a sales role play.
The interview experience was unexpectedly challenging. The recruiter displayed a rude demeanor and used several of my responses about myself as points of criticism or pushback during the conversation. This approach felt unusual and unlike anything I’ve encountered before in other interviews. I’m unsure if it was an intentional tactic to test my reactions under pressure or simply their personal style, but it stood out as a unique, if not particularly positive, aspect of the process.
