The "blitz day" style interview required a full day at the Gartner HQ in Stamford, CT. After a tour of the buildings, written exam, and brief presentation the actual interviews begin. There were three separate 45 minute interview blocks where I spoke with two members of the IT staff. Each person in the interviews has a different technical focus and will ask certain questions pertaining to different aspects of overall IT knowledge mixed in with general interview questions. Majority of the stress/difficulty comes with the length and amount of interviews being done back to back to back.
