I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Calgary, AB) in Jan 2017
Interview
They send me an invitation email to take a 3 part interview exam. The first exam was the object recognition test. We were told to be seated in a room of 20+ people. The test consisted of 20 images shown for 20 seconds and we had to identify the type of threats within the images (eg. knives, guns, and grenade). The instructors will prepare you beforehand, you will be told on the exact images of items you have to watch for. After the test, we were told to wait outside the room for 10-15 min while they gathered the results. Then, they told us to return to the room, called out the names of those who passed, those who didn't get called were asked to leave the room. Unfortunately, I didn't pass.

Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
