Hr called me for an interview and sent me a link for a test in hackathon 2 days after the test , i got a call from recruiter and asked me to come for a face to face technical discussion, 1st round:Full of java coding,Cleared It 2nd round :Java coding After my second interview ,Recruiter informed me that i cleared my both interviews and asked salary negotiation and 3 rd round with some director Done with the salary discussion Now the problem started:scheduled a Skype interview for the next day-cancelled it.She informed that it will be rescheduled soon Next week:No reply from the HR After that,she called me and informed me that you are not selected ,Sorry Din't expect this kind of wonderful process from Gainsight(Had a great impression)
