Add 2 step interview process, including a director round and a panel round. After that and an aptitude and personality test. certainly decent and straightforward process. everything gets done quickly

I received a LinkedIn invitation to connect and learn about the GM role that the company was going to be adding to their leadership structure. Scheduling process was simple - very little pre-work. It would have been helpful up front to better understand what specifically the role would be responsible for. Spent over 1 hour going over my experience and the expectations of the role.
