      HR-Executive Interview

      11 Aug 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GWS Living Art

      Interview

      - Interview started 10 - 15 minutes after the scheduled time. It wasn't much of a deal with me, but I do think it's basic courtesy to inform as soon as a delay is expected and to give a brief explanation after. - 3 interviewers. By the end of the interview, only 1 was remaining. Even the main interviewer (only person with camera switched on - didn't appear professional in terms of attire or camera angle either) dropped out of the call when his colleague was speaking. Doubt it was the case of one disconnecting and more towards just wanting to leave. Overall, very unprofessional and gave off the image that you can get by in this organisation with subpar work done last minute.
