Thru previous engagements senior partners invite me to discuss possible job at GIE. There was a series of unstructured conversations regarding technical expertise and long haul personal objectives. The interview included technical skills probing, reviewing of published work, market knowledge. Afterwards there was a negotiating phase to define salary, job requirements , staffing , etc
