Interview was very long, thorough process. From from first contact to hire was like 2 months. Interviewer was very friendly and bubbly. There were many different aspects to the interview process including testing and in phone as well as in person interview. Had to make a presentation and present to several managers of the office.
I did a mock sales phone call then was asked if I could do the position long term. After they did a drug test and gave me an offer once that was completed.

I had a phone interview that lasted about 15 mins. It went well. Candidate should be ready to face wide variety of questions. Also have a test call before to make sure your carrier is working well.
