three part interview and a side by side. first interview with a hr, 2nd with a. supervisor, 3rd with a manager. basic scenario questions with a customer service focus. side by side is done with someone. currently in the. position so you can get a feel for the job. the manager will ask you what you observed during your side by side.

first, you get a phone call from the recruiter, if everything goes well your called on-site for an assessment, if you pass the assessment you are interviewed the same day. first by the recruiter, then by the department supervisor, and finally the department's manager, and you are hired. I was hired the same day of my on-site assessment.
