Series of multiple phone interviews and in-person interviews that would take an entire afternoon to complete. Process took almost there months. The Recruiter had scheduled an over the phone 1 hour interview with me and failed to call three times. This was incredibly annoying because I set aside time from work to take these calls and then no-one would call. I would call the recruiting office and get no answer half the time and had to leave messages to reschedule multiple times. One time the recruiter was out sick and no-one told me and the other two times she was "too busy and forgot".This left an awful impression on me. Additionally, they brought me in to interview with about five managers each of which would ask me the exact same questions. This took about 6 hours and was not a great use of time. I was very disappointed in this opportunity because I had always thought very highly of the company. Perhaps it was just the Indianapolis office that seemed do disorganized and was not a companywide issue... however reading some of the comments I think many other people had a similar negative experience. If you think you can be passionate about GEICO and Car Insurance than this is the job for you. If not, don't even apply.
