First given a multi-tasking simulation test using a system designed to tax your multi-tasking skills. Wasn't really difficult. Pass that and you go onto a lengthy interview about your past experience. Overall, the people were pleasant .

The interview to get into csr is tough mainly because of the role play. Otherwise, it's pretty straight forward. They will tell you if you're hired on the spot. Good luck!
