Long hiring process but completely worth it. The interviewer gave insight of the job itself and asked great questions to find the perfect candidate. I am overall very satisfied with the interview process.

Very thorough interview process. You should prepare for a question on why you are leaving your current job. The interviewer will also ask questions based on your resume skills section specific to the insurance industry.

The interview was the same as every other company that is interview for customer service agent positions. Same questions some not relevant to the position applying for. It was a little bit confusing.

Short. Not worth your time. Interviewer lied about his name. Asked very basic questions, was not impressed. For a company so hard to get into they're really easy to get into
