I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GEICO in Feb 2014
Interview
I had a phone interview after taking a computer test. The test is fairly easy with most of the questions about insurance loss and premiums. The phone interview is most based on my resume but also a couple of behavior question.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GEICO (Croton-on-Hudson, NY)
Interview
The process was quick and simple. Performing well on the excel assessment definitely helped move me along in the interview process (the excel assessment is more a pricing assessment). HR was helpful, too. Note: if you say you are proficient in a software or language, they will probably ask you some questions!

I applied through university. I interviewed at GEICO (Chevy Chase, MD) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interviewer appeared to be condescending the whole time. No feedback and no emotion. Unpleasant experience. But had to admit that I did not fully prepare especially when the interviewer asked me to name a restaurant near the workplace.
