Interview
The process begins with a personality test via email, and then you'll receive a phone screen at a scheduled time. If that goes well, you'll go into the office for a computer skills test. Passing that will grant you an interview either that day or a later date. If the interview goes well, you'll do another assessment where you're acting as a claims rep for a fictional company. If you move past that part, you'll watch a video where you'll decide whether you'd like the job. The whole process in office takes about 5-6 hours.

Interview
Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Interview
Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
