Phone interview, computer literacy test, then all day in-person interview. You interview with a supervisor, advance to roleplay, advance to interview with management. They tell you on the spot if you got it, otherwise they "will get back to you."
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very detailed, intense roleplay of multiple calls as an insurance adjuster - they purposely do things like have broken English and have unrealistic expectations to make it harder.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (New York, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
During my interview process there was two main interviews. The first one was more of a screening to make sure this was a job I was interested in, and on the flip side one that I qualified for. The second interview was via video and was much more focused around the job and what would make me as a candidate suited for the position.

Question 1
One of the items they asked was about prior telephone or client facing positions, in particular how you are able to communicate in these situations.
All-day interview and a roleplay. Not bad but they want to see how you do with pressure. Overall it was an easy process. They also had a listen in session with an adjuster but my adjuster didn't get any calls.
