I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2017
Interview
The longest process ever. A little bit extreme in my eyes because it was irrelevant to training. You do your online application then text a simple test. A phone interview which they cut short anyway so don't worry about giving detailed answers. After that is a role play at one of their facilities, just relax and read instructions carefully. Then the last step was being called back for yet another interview to shadow someone and interview with Regional Manager.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Lincoln, NE) in Jul 2025
Interview
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
